As we build products and services to solve some of the world’s most crippling problems, it matters that we care.
The experts on a problem are the people closest to it and bringing our knowledge to bear, as designers and entrepreneurs, should be done with care.
Business design is about value creation and delivery — by way of curiosity, ingenuity, service, and, ultimately, love.
